Why this blog exists

I’m Malek — a second-year Management Information Systems student who spends most of his free time either on a basketball court or under a barbell. This isn’t a slick fitness brand trying to sell you a program. It’s a running log of what I’m learning as a regular student trying to get a little better every week.
